IT'S A CIRCLE
A MEAN CYCLE
HEIGHT: 5' 6
WEIGHT: 108 pounds
DISTIGUISHING FEATURES: Piercing dark brown eyes.
PERSONAL STYLE: When Carter was younger, throwing on a pair of jeans and a t-shirt was her style. But now as she grows more mature, and with some nagging from the Aphrodite girls, she's starting to extend her wardrobe with the latest fashions and trends. Although even now, people not liking how she looks doesn't bother her.
I CAN'T EXCITE YOU
ANYMORE
LIKES: Bubble gum, animals, Converse high tops shoes, capture the flag, iPods.
DISLIKES: Her middle name, slow computers, chores, walnuts, annoying strangers
STRENGTHS: Running, lying.
WEAKNESSES: Can fall head over heels for someone too easily, sometimes doesn't think things through
DREAMS: For demi gods to be safe in the 'real' world.
FEARS: Fire, heights, losing loved ones, dying a painful death.
FATAL FLAW: Over-confident sometimes.
PREFERED WEAPON: Dagger with an estimated fifteen inch blade...
ABILITIES: Any Zeus-related demigod abilities.
ANYTHING ELSE: Carter is friendly and supportive to the people she knows. Naturally, she's a bit cautious around suspicious looking strangers, well, it's not surprising after being mauled by monsters several times. A bit stubborn, um, maybe really stubborn, on some things she believes has to be done. She has a bit of a temper, it's not unheard of that unlucky victims of her temper tantrums get maimed. Other than that, she's always there for her friends, which she has plenty of. A usually likeable person to be with, other than the temper part of course. Others will describe her as a fun, energetic, and confident girl. All in all, she's nice, as long as you don't get her angry, then you might be prepared to get your throat ripped out at the worst.

WHAT'S MY OFFENCE
THIS TIME
HOMETOWN: Vancouver, BC
HISTORY: Carter Amanda Reese was born on July.18, 1992 in the beautiful city of Vancouver, British Columbia. Her mother was Samantha Jane Reese who owned a small, quiet bakery located near the city and ocean. Her childhood wasn't very dramatic or exciting. For elementary school, she went to Queen Mary, getting the typical grades of a regular student. The only memorable thing that happened during her elementary school years happened in the third grade. A small boy named Josh had come up to her at recess while Carter played with her friends by the slide. Too caught up in the excitement of her game, little Josh snuck up behind her, attempting to scare her. Unfortunately, Josh got electrocuted, it didn't do much damage, but he was pretty shaken up. That's how she earned the nick name, 'Shocker'. Carter's grown used to the name, she likes it now actually. She believes it gives her uniqueness, something to seperate her from the rest of the kids, as if being a daughter of Zeus didn't already make her different enough. But of course, that was before she found out.
Soon, she graduated from easy elementary school, moving on to the hard days of high school. Being different wouldn't be such a good thing anymore. Her attitude towards school changed, she also worked in the bakery now, constantly teased of her job. But Carter, being the 'different' girl she was, didn't care. For some reason, she got a feeling she would soon know something huge that they would never know. Cruising through highschool easily, even if she was at the bottom of the social ladder, soon, the good life ended.
It was particularly amazing how she'd gotten past life for so long without being attacked by a single monster. Well, there had almost been some minor conflicts, but thankfully teachers, parents, and other kids had always been around. But that was before the Cyclopes.
Carter was walking home from high school one rainy day, it hadn't exactly been a great day, stepping on a wad of chewing gum didn't help her attitude either. She was now sixteen, almost popular, and loving it. Tired and not in a good mood, she decided to take a short cut through an alleyway. Sure, she'd watched all those 'stranger danger' presentations from elementary school, but she was certain nothing would attack her that day. Unfortunately, she got lost in the twisting maze of concrete. She heard a muffled noise coming at her. A cyclopes erupted from she shadows, Carter screamed, no one heard her. With nothing to help her defend herself, she stood there, staring, prepared for death. Thank the Gods a satyr was in the area, wet, exhausted and scratched up, the two managed to survive, escaping from certain death. They stopped at the bakery, after Carter's insisting. Her mother said good bye, giving her a long, rather scary looking dagger. She named it 'Shocker' in honour of her nickname. The two went on the run, travelling to Camp Half Blood as fast as possible, chased by nasty monsters, trying their hardest to catch up.
Eventually the satyr and Carter arrived beaten up and dirty. She got claimed during dinner a month after arriving at camp. At her second year at camp half blood, she's now extremely familiar with the idea of gods and goddesses, she trains as hard as she can, awaiting the battle that is supposed to start. The rest has yet to happen...

ROLE-PAY SAMPLE:
(FROM WEIGHTLESS RP)
Carter walked aimlessly through the large mall, soft background music playing quietly, she hated the song, too old and retro for her taste. Carrying nothing in her hands but a thick wallet which was stuffed into her back pocket, she felt like an outcast as pretty girls strutted past, each loaded with at least two huge shopping bags. They had expensive logos on them, some Carter couldn't even pronounce. What was with some girls and spending? It wasn't a necessity in life, was it? She doubted it was, although because of her lack of social background, she could never be sure. This was one of the reasons she wasn't even near the top of the high school social pyramid. The popular ones were at the top, and all of the other students held them up from the bottom. No one questioned the system, it just was. But in her perspective, who ever had made up the childish popularity ladder was seriously a pain in the butt by her standards. Who cared if you were at the top or bottom? With a sigh she continued to walk past different designer boutiques with expensive price tags and outfits. Finding a cheap store wouldn't be a simple task, at least, not on that particular floor. She watched as girls dragged their boyfriends in and out of the women's clothing stores, she felt sorry for those unlucky males. A small smile crept onto her face as she travelled around the mall, looking for any place that wasn't selling hundred dollar lingerie. It was turning out to be an epic fail. Didn't this mall have any cheap clothes? Suddenly, she felt self conscious in her worn out shorts and tank top. Why wouldn't she? Looking around at the other shoppers, she realized how wealthy they seemed compared to her. Dazzling next to plain. Snapping out of her self-disappointment she picked up the pace, making it to the slow escalator. Stepping on, she noticed something sticky at the bottom of her shoe. To her unfortunate luck, looking down, she saw the huge wad of pink gum making its home on the bottom of her sneaker.
"Damn it" she muttered. Wow, this was turning out to be a crappy day. Stepping off the escalator, she rubbed the gum on the polished floor in an attempt to wipe it off. No luck, the disgusting pink piece of crap was already turning black right in the middle of her favourite pair of sneakers.
Mom said go shopping; I end up with gum on my shoe
Sometimes mothers didn't give good advice. At least there was the cafeteria nearby. Making herself comfortable on a spare table she leaned back on her chair.
I officially hate shopping
It was like the world was trying to pull her down, make her feel miserable for the rest of her life. What was with these depressing thoughts? They just kept coming, and coming, and coming¡¦
Unfortunately, she had a bad feeling she¡¯d remember this day for a long time.
